Over its existence, and now since its passing, there has been little published about the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad. Much of what has been published about the P&LE lacked in-depth and/or accurate coverage, leaving much of the railroad’s history to disappear or remain inaccurately recorded. Kahndog Publications, Inc. was created to change this situation by providing affordable books to the public containing accurate, in-depth coverage of the Little Giant. These books contain information gleaned from multiple sources and include many previously never-before published maps, drawings, documents and photographs. While some books are written solely by Jack Polaritz, a number of the titles are collaborations with other historians and experts. We will also offer items from other publishers that will further provide information about the P&LE and/or its subsidiaries. Kahndog Publications sells books directly to the public and through an established network of dealers and hobby shops. A form for purchasing books about the P&LE directly from the publisher is available at this site and may be mailed with payment by check or money order to the address presented. At this time, Kahndog Publications does accept credit cards through PayPal. Kahndog Publications does not make international book shipments, those dealers doing so are also identified within the listings.
